Sugar Land’s most anticipated annual events are on the horizon! All of the events are fun, free and located in the heart of the city at Sugar Land Town Square.
On Sunday, Oct. 29, from 4-8 p.m., Sugar Land Town Square will transform into Halloween Town for just one night! Don’t miss out on the fun and fright! Festive Halloween characters will roam Town Square inviting children to participate in activities. Pets, children and adults are encouraged to participate in a friendly costume competition.
iFest Live returns to Town Square on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Celebrate the wonderful cultural diversity in Sugar Land at the 12th annual iFest Live international festival. Several countries and regions will be showcased through art, interactive games and activities. Entertainment will feature dancing and music from local organizations and student groups. Local on-site food vendors will offer international cuisine for purchase.
All events are free. Parking is available in the Texas and Lone Star garages. A free shuttle service will be available for Halloween Town from Mercer Stadium, 16403 Lexington Blvd., to Sugar Land Town Square during the hours of the event. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of the shuttle buses for Halloween Town as the parking garages only provide limited spaces due to street closures throughout the square area for this event.
For more information about the event or to become an event sponsor, contact Sugar Land Parks and Recreation Department at (281) 275-2825.
