The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office is seeking information concerning a robbery that occurred at a Sugar Land Kroger.
According to incident reports, at approximately 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2018, an unknown black male entered the Kroger grocery store in the 18800 block of University Blvd. The perpetrator approached an employee working a cash register and produced a note stating he had a gun and would shoot if he didn't receive money. The cashier complied with the demands made by the suspect and handed the cash to the suspect, who then left the business.
The suspect is a black male, approximately 5-feet 9-inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, red/gray colored tennis shoes and a baseball cap.
Surveillance video shows he was driving a white Kia Soul vehicle.
"We have a good look at this guy," said Sheriff Troy Nehls. "Someone out there knows this guy and they can make some quick cash the honest way. Dial the Crime Stoppers number, and remember, it's an anonymous call."
