According to reports from Sugar Land Police, on the evening of February 11, 2019, a parent parked a vehicle and entered a Day Care facility to pick up a child. A white mid-sized or cross over type vehicle driven by the suspects was captured on video surveillance. The video shows the suspect as he entered the victim's un-locked car and removing a purse. The suspects later used the victim's credit cards at local electronic stores.
