The Fort Bend Sheriff’s Office is thankful for their amazing Crisis Intervention Team!

On World Kindness Day last week on Friday, November 13, 2020, the Fort Bend Sheriff’s Office recognized their amazing Crisis Intervention Team (CIT). Especially Deputy Colin Godmintz who was recently awarded the NAMI Greater Houston "CIT Officer of the Quarter Award" for going above and beyond the call of duty for a specific resident. As a result, the individual received the medical and mental health care he needed. The Fort Bend Sheriff’s Office thank their CIT for their unwavering human compassion, they help make Fort Bend County a better place to work and live.
