The FBCSO has joined the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance (HTRA). They are collaborating with multiple law enforcement agencies; local, state and federal to ensure residents that they are fighting against this heinous crime.
KP George Fort Bend County Judge states that Human Trafficking is a major issue in this community. Fort Bend County, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Eric Fagan, and all stakeholders are united in ending this evil of modern-day slavery.

On January 4, 2021 Sheriff Fagan had the FBCSO join the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance (HTRA) which is composed of multiple law enforcement agencies, local, state and federal.
Also on the panel: D.A. Brian M. Middleton Rep. Ron Reynolds, County Attorney Bridgette Smith-Lawson, Fort Bend County Constables Pct. 2 Daryl Smith and Harris County Constable Precinct 7 Lt. Floyd Davis. Sheriff Fagan was honored to meet Dr. Nissi Hamilton, a survivor of Human Trafficking.
