Kick off the end of the year with a celebration of library resources! Join us this Saturday, December 20, at 2 pm, for sugar cookie decorating with the Youth staff, crafts, games, tattoos and more. WOW Party Art group will be in attendance, providing face painting for all attendees. Light refreshments will be provided.

This is a come and go event. This program is made possible by the generous support of the Friends of First Colony Branch Library. This program is recommended for families with children of all ages.
