Free and open to the public! Come out to the park and enjoy a family friendly Children's Story Time with Nature Craft on the 1st Saturday of the month April through June at alternating park locations. Each Story Time reading will be led by a Texas Master Naturalist in a peaceful park setting with a fun nature theme and related craft activity. Readings are for younger children under age 12, but crafts are for everyone to enjoy.

Join us as we explore the natural world around us and embrace the changing seasons. Take home a craft to remember your family day at the park!

Dress for current weather conditions with hat, sunglasses, water bottle and bug spray as needed. In the event of rain or inclement weather the walk will be cancelled.
