The Fit Foodie Family 5K & Kids’ 1K welcomes everyone, from two-year-old walkers with a parent to elite 5K runners. Held on Memorial Day weekend, this family-friendly event features a morning of spring fitness, community, food, and fun at Sugar Land Town Square. Participants can cross the finish line of the 5K or Kids’ 1K, receive a medal, and enjoy a post-race party with live entertainment, recovery services, family activities, and a variety of vendors offering food and useful items.
