Mindful Nature Walks

Event Details:
Join the Texas Master Naturalist Coastal Prairie Chapter for a guided 90-minute mindful nature walk. These walks are designed for meditators, naturalists, and nature lovers, incorporating mindful movement, breathing, sensory awareness, and nature meditation. Participants can enjoy benefits such as relaxation, stress reduction, improved mood, restored attention, and stronger social connections. Walks are held on the first Saturday of each month at 9:00am and rotate between Cullinan Park and Seabourne Creek Nature Park. Participants should dress for the weather and bring a hat, water bottle, and bug spray. Walks may be canceled in case of inclement weather.
