Join entomology specialists for a FREE insect hike hosted by the Texas Master Naturalist Coastal Prairie Chapter. This month’s theme is “Moths.” The event is open to the public and all ages are welcome. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes, as trails may be muddy. In case of rain or severe weather, the hike will be canceled. Attendees can contribute to community/citizen science by using the iNaturalist or Seek apps. The park is located across from the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, with entrance off Highway 36 near the Rosenberg Civic Center. Follow signs to the parking lot. This month’s broader theme includes butterflies and bees.
