Help Wanted: Fitness & Care Taker - 2 Hours A Day
Need a help to assist my son in exercise and strengthening. He is 18 years old with a disability and has been recommended floor workouts. one hour in the morning 6 am to 7am and one hour in the ecening 6 to 7. Alternatively 2 hours in the evening will also suffice.
