Help Wanted: SharePoint Analyst
Position Summary
This individual will have primary technical responsibility for deploying, configuring, and managing the SharePoint environment for Human Resources (HR), to be used for content management, search, collaboration, and document management. The HRIS SharePoint Analyst will fully document the environment and provide training/knowledge transfer to other members of the HR Technology team. The team is responsible for the design, support and socializing of the SharePoint applications for HR throughout the organization.

Essential Duties
Build, deploy, document, administer, troubleshoot and provide day-to-day support for the HR SharePoint 2010/2013 environment.
Design, develop and maintain HR SharePoint applications, including web parts, lists, templates and workflows.
Track the site roadmaps and providing system and end user support and training.
Assist with supporting third party business applications and support tools related to HR SharePoint.
Perform HR Site Level Administration and User Provisioning.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job duties may be modified at any time.
Skills Required:
Must have a HS Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree (MIS) preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years of SharePoint (2010 or higher) design or administration experience required.
Experience in HTML, DHTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, and Active Directory.
Experienced in SharePoint out of the box features and web parts.
Microsoft Infopath development experience is highly preferred.
Experience with SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master Pages, and Role-Based Templates) is highly preferred.
Ability to administer the security/permission of SharePoint users/groups.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix SharePoint application issues and/or work effectively with outside vendors.
Strong problem solving skills.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks across user groups.
