DO YOU HAVE TYPE 2 DIABETES and A HISTORY OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE?

If your doctor has told you that you have type 2 diabetes that is not well controlled, and you have a history of cardiovascular disease (such as a heart attack, coronary artery disease, or stroke), you may qualify to participate in a clinical research study investigating a medication for type 2 diabetes in people with heart disease.

Qualified study participants will receive study medication or placebo, and study-related medical care at no cost and will continue to see their current healthcare provider while participating in this study.
