Wow a lot of new things opening in the area! I have seen Newk's before but have never been to one.

Funny but when I think the word 'Newk' I think of a micro wave oven warmed over food.

My sister lives in Katy and every time we go out to eat with them over there places are packed. It's like nobody eats at home very often.

I've been told that rent in Sugar Land is much higher.
I am glad to see these new places opening. Last time wife and I was at the town center we saw a whole lot of empty spaces.
