Best Butcher ShopI stopped by Kovasovics Meat Market in Rosenberg today, near the intersection of 36 and Ave M. Wow.......this is the best butcher shop I've seen around here.....I was on a mission to find slab cut bacon....they sell sell hickory smoked bacon, whole in slab, or cut to any thickness you choose.....we've been looking for 1/4 inch, and couldn't find it elsewhere. They have everything.....chicken, pork beef and sausages.........they also sell huge meat packages like half and quarter cows that they will cut and freezer wrap for you......great place to come and poke around. We cooked the bacon up this morning.....not salty, and lots less fat. VERY TASTY.....got some steaks for tonight.www.butchershoprosen berg.com/
