You can't survive long with 'meh' ribs in Houston!

Last week I actually saw where Vaso's is reopening on the south/east side of Hwy 90 between Kirkwood & Promenade. I think they have a big job ahead of them to make the place presentable. I am looking forward to King's opening since they have good reviews at their other locations but seems to be taking forever and a day.

@acerobin : Do you know what was in the spot Vasos is opening at? The building does look bad.

@mayrabunny : LOL one would think...but Kings does have other locations the tablecloths have been on the tables for a month or so....thinking a permit issue???

There's a poke bowl place opening next to us in our store front, the owner told me he'd be open on Monday, we're going on 3 weeks now since that. Something always rears it's ugly head.

The wait is now over!! Kings BBQ is open for pickup. Anxious to open sit down soon as it is safe for us all.

@TomT : No Vasis was there for years @snv86 : I have seen it on Hwy 90 (A month ago). Looked like a pretty old Bldg. I don't know why they moved un less the rent went up too much.

Yes just saw the Vasos BBQ this morning on hwy 90. It's a pretty beat up single bldg., No signs it is open yet.
