Clothes donation bins
The only Sugar Land one I ever saw was at the hwy 6/59 Target, which had been removed this year. (Though there are still bins near Walmart Grocery at West Airport/Eldridge.
Thankfully I randomly drove past Sams Club at 59 and West Airport, which now had four different clothes donations bins in the parking lot. I've been cleaning out my closet and shelves whew for summer clean up this month.

@rabbithut : Please read the fine print. In the nearby First Colony, the clothes pick up will go to landfill.

1. Use the orange Simple Recycling
bags to recycle housewares
and textiles.
2. Leave the recyclable items at
the curb, 3 feet away from the
carts on your regular recycling
pickup day.
3. Simple Recycling will collect
the items and recycle them
for reuse.
Textile recycling is a free service provided
once a week on your recycle day. If you
use your own containers (boxes or bags),
they need to be clearly marked with a
label so as not to be confused with trash.
Labels can be downloaded from
www.SugarLandTX.gov/TextileRecycling.
Place the bags at the curb by 7 a.m. on
your recycle collection day. It is important
to leave space between each cart and the
bag(s) so that the trucks that pick up the
carts do not damage them. In fact, on
all solid waste collection days, residents
should leave a few feet between carts,
bags for textile recycling, green waste,
bulk waste, vehicles, etc.
When the items are picked up,
replacement bags will be provided.
If you still need more bags, go to
www.SugarLandTX.gov/TextileRecycling

If they are not rags I suggest donating to the Pennywise resale stores. They support the Fort Bend Women's Center. There's one in Stafford and one in Richmond.
