I'm looking for an English school or private lessons for my wife in Sugarland. We are new in US, she doesn't speak english. Thank you for your help!!

Hi, I have seen our county library offer this. Visit a library closest to you and chat with a librarian. You can call around too.

Another way is to offer exchanging language service with someone interested in learning her language? Put a filler in here, bulletin boards etc, and meet in library or tea/coffee shops?

You might try Fort Bend Literacy Council and/or Houston City College (formerly Houston Community College).
