What would you say if you ordered a salad for $14 and they used canned mushrooms. I would like your opinion before I roast them online.

I would not be happy. Definitely fresh mushrooms need to be in a salad.

I contacted corporate and they weren't truthful. They said they have always used canned mushrooms. I know that was a fib because I have had this salad before. I will never darken their doors again.

For $14, I'd definitely expect fresh mushrooms, especially on a salad. Canned mushrooms completely change the texture and taste. If they used to serve it with fresh mushrooms before, I'd be even more disappointed by the response from corporate.

I'm in the Houston area a lot for my ready mix concrete Houston TX business, so I'm always looking for good local places to eat between jobs.
