I will never take my car to Firestone on Eldridge again. Quoted $1900.00 to fix my air conditioner. Took it to David taylor and it cost me $350.00. Grandson was quoted $800.00 to replace alternator. Ford charged $300.00. What a rip off and cheating the public.

Wow. They always treat me right. They even give me discounts for coupons I didn't even bring in. The quotes always seem to be fair too. They're open all day on Sundays too. Strange.

@snoopy The one on 1092 quoted Michelins for the CRV at $1200. I bought them at Discount Tires for under $600.

I'm surprised you could get a new alternator installed for $300. We recently shopped around for doing this on a Toyota and prices were between 900-1100.

I know the type of vehicle makes a difference but that's a huge difference.
