Electric De-Regulation in Texas. Many companies sell you the electricity, but one one maintains lines and other equipment to get power to your house. Sometimes they delay maintenance because they get only a fixed amount.
We did not loose power at all..which subdivision do you live in ?? Life can be difficult w/o power...at least cell fones work.. Gives you time to pray ha ha..
@Jnainani It was fine since the weather out was cool we had a good afternoon nap then went to my friends house for a while and later few neighbors were out so we had a little chitchat!! Such events are a lesson to value what we have and be thankful!!!
ahh ok. My area of Riverstone usually has a lot of LOOOONG power outage. Just wondering if it was where we live. I was out of town, so missed out on all the fun.
