Celebrating Olympic swimmer, Simone ManuelThe City of Sugar Land is celebrating their hometown Olympic swimmer, Simone Manuel, at tonight’s (Friday, September 3) Sugar Land Skeeters game! The Skeeter’s will give away a limited edition Simone Manuel bobbleheads to the first 1,500 fans and Simone will throw out the first pitch of the game. Simone competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay and the 50-meter freestyle, winning a bronze medal in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay.
