China Bear buffet in Stafford coming back?

The China Bear on 59 closed down a long time ago and was replaced by two restaurants that have since closed. Just noticed a big new China Bear sign has been put up. This is between the Hooters and Pappadeaux.

It was a decent buffet when it was open, even had sushi. Nothing to write home to SandyB949 about. haha!

@TheBigBadWolf My bf said he saw them putting the sign back up. I had never been there before but heard it was good. I wonder why they closed down before.

The only place we go to over there is Pappadeaux. Good place!!

I passed by China Bear today and they had a OPEN sign on and a pretty good amount of cars in the parking lot

Went to the China Bear, as Chinese buffet restaurants go, its actually pretty good. Good shrimp dishes, tasty crab. A grill that puts out beef , chicken and shrimp.

A notch above any other Chinese buffet place we have tried lately,
Its worth a stop.
