City of Sugar Land Update On New Online Water Bill Payment System!Sugar Land is anticipated to launch a new online water bill payment system this week. If you were on credit card auto-pay, here's what you need to know. If you paid through automatic bank draft, dropbox, pay in person, mail payments or telephone this change will not impact you. For payments due prior to the launch date you will have two options to handle your balance due:
1. You may make a one-time payment by credit card, in- person by appointment or by mail or drop box.
• When making a payment by credit card, you will need to enter your account number, so have your bill handy.
• To make a one-time credit card payment, visit this link bit.ly/2ZDwx4z. You will be prompted to enter your account number, so have your bill handy!2. When the new payment system goes live, register your account in the new system and let us process your next payment.
• When your next bill is issued, we will carry your balance due to the next month with no penalties.
• Please be aware that you will pay two months of bills in one payment if you select this option.
