Generic food / instead of trade names
If the grocery prices are affecting you, don't knock off the store brands
I just got the HEB form of Wheat Thins and they tasted yummy

Think about it, Kroger doesn't have the ability to manufacture all these different products. They have to buy them from the named brands. So, if you bought generic soup, it probably came from Campbell.

There are some generic or store brand items that are better than most of the bigger name brands. Aldi has a Nutter Butter knock off cookie that I like with less sugar but I do wish it was even less sugared up. Central Market instant coffee is actually pretty solid and better than most of the cheap brew at the office especially if you take the extra step to do the Dalgona coffee style set up.

@Bubbapie store brands are usually made by big name brands. Check out some of the videos by Jeff Rosen

He has done Walmart and Kroger brands also.
I have done research on my own throughout the years when having to prove to my kids it's the same.
