I picked up a pizza for dinner tonight at the Grimaldi's in Sugar Land at First Colony and it looks delicious. I ordered the pesto pizza but it appears there's not much basil 🌿 on top of the pizza.

I liked seeing the Halloween decorations while I was waiting for my order. It puts you in the Halloween Spirit.

I go to grimaldi's at least once a month because it's the best pie in SL. Be aware, you pay a premium for quality. My wife likes the salads.

I don't mind paying more for their pizza because I think it's the best quality pizza on Sugar Land. I love their Mediterranean salads too.

It's a bit pricey but worth it.

@Jnainani : @Bubbapie : as both of you are regulars, what do you recommend?

I think I'll pass on pesto pizza, it's lacking basil.

@liater : I always stick with the traditional pepperoni. If I feel like walking on the wild side, I will add mushrooms.

@liater : I would recommend adding olives or Spinach. Remember I would only recommend a vegetarian topping since I'm vegetarian but you might like their meat toppings. It looked like this member had more basil pesto sauce and lacking the garnish of basil on this pizza. You can pick on the following toppings below.

Toppings

Artichoke Hearts
Jalapeños
Oven Roasted Sweet Red Peppers
Ricotta Cheese
Pepperoni
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Onions
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Sliced Roma Tomatoes
Kalamata Olives**
Black Olives**
Fresh Baby Spinach
Anchovies
Meatballs
Italian Sausage
Spicy Chicken Sausage
Mushrooms
Bacon
Ham
Prosciutto
Grilled Chicken
Green Peppers
Pesto
Extra Mozzarella Cheese
Extra Grimaldi's Famous Sauce
Extra Basil
Bases:

Traditional (tomato)
White with Garlic (no sauce)
Pesto (nut-free)
**Olives may contain pits. Pricing may vary per location.
