Do you know this suspect?The Sugar Land Police Department is asking for help identifying a thief who steals bottles of wine from local grocery stores. On multiple occasions, this male has been captured on surveillance video at HEB placing bottles of wine into the pockets of his jeans before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise. This thief can be described as a mature man in his 50’s standing between 5’-10 and 6’0 feet tall.
