The Great Homes Design Program offers Sugar Land homeowners and homeowner associations (HOAs) an innovative exterior home design at an exclusive local rate. Plus, homeowners can receive up to a $500 rebate for making significant qualifying exterior improvements within six months of receiving their design.

Some here, and this blows me away, agreed to buy a home where the HOA dictates what plants and trees they can actually plant. Does this program take those people into account?
