Scheduled Upgrade for City's Citizen Self Service Portal on November 8

Essential maintenance activities to enhance the performance and reliability of the city’s online services are scheduled to take place on Friday, November 8. The city will be performing an upgrade to the Citizen Self Service portal from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This upgrade will add performance enhancements, fix bugs, and changes will be made to login authentication for all users. The processing of new and existing requests for permits and inspections will be on hold. Don’t wait! Get your applications, inspection appointments, and more in today! Or at least before the upgrade next Friday.
During the maintenance period, the following online services will be unavailable:
• Inspection scheduling
• New permit request
• Checking status of an existing permit
