Constables Aid in Execution of Federal Warrant in Sugar Land
CONSTABLES ASSIST THE UNITED STATED POSTAL INSPECTOR SERVICE EXECUTE A FEDERAL WARRANT!!
On April 11, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office West District Patrol and K9 Unit assisted the United States Postal Inspector Service with executing a federal arrest warrant at 13000 Ivymont Drive.
The suspect identified as Quinton Wayne Hogan, is involved with several other suspects in various Bank Fraud, Mail Theft, Identity Theft, and Possession of Counterfeit Postal Keys offenses in the surrounding areas of Harris County, Texas.
"Quinton Wayne Hogan was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for the Federal Warrant. His bond was set at $80,000.00 out of the 230th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
