Exciting Shade Addition Coming to Brazos River Park Playground!From Sugar Land Parks & Recreation:Shade is on the way at Brazos River Park!We’re excited to share that shade structures are being added to the Brazos River Park Playground to help keep things cooler and more comfortable for families and kids—just in time, because summer is on the way! Construction begins this week (week of April 14), and if all goes according to plan, we expect substantial completion by the end of April or early May.Please note: The pavilion will remain open to the public, but the playground area will be temporarily closed during construction for safety.
