Commerce Green Boulevard Concrete Panel Replacement Starts June 23Improvements are coming to Commerce Green Boulevard. Weather permitting, construction will begin Monday, June 23, 2025, to replace select concrete panels along the street and sidewalks. The project will improve ride quality, walkability, and the overall appearance of the area.This effort supports the Sugar Land Development Corporation’s goal of enhancing infrastructure within the Business Park District.
