Sugar Creek HOA Adds Pedestrian Trails with Local Grant Support

Thanks to Sugar Land's Fostering Unique Neighborhoods (F.U.N.) Grant, funded by local sales tax dollars, the Sugar Creek HOA added more than 3,000 feet of new pedestrian trails to the neighborhood medians, creating nearly one mile of new walkable pathways! This project not only enhances connectivity for residents, but also beautifies and revitalizes the community. The F.U.N. Grant helps bring meaningful improvements to life, one step at a time.

Interesting in bringing a project like this to your neighborhood? You'll just have to contact your HOA President to apply for this grant.

Sugar Creek truly needs paths as there are no sidewalks. They have many walkers and even more dogwalkers.
