Imperial Char House Danger Prompts New SLPD Warning
The Imperial Sugar Char House and the Lake Pointe buildings on Fluor Daniel Drive are dangerous and closed to the public. Security cameras at the sites have already captured instances of trespassing, and Sugar Land officers will be dispatched whenever unauthorized entry is detected.
While the structures may attract curiosity, they are unsafe. The department urges the community to avoid entering the buildings or fenced-off areas for everyone’s safety.
Sugar Land Police also thanks residents for helping protect these locations as the city works toward their future.
