Pho Binh By Night, popular SW Houston restaurant, to close its doors in October. This is another one closing after Kim Son in Sugar Land.

I believe it was open after 5pm only, my mum surmised they had other active business to operate in the day to open only at night
By note pho Saigon seems to be open long hours starting at 9 am!

@zoomchum : That's sad they will close their doors per In October.
Pho Binh has several locations in the Houston area that will remain open. BTW Kim Son is in Stafford.
