@SweetwaterBoss I am sad that overpriced place is closed. I have been at their Richmond location a month ago. That place has an entirely different look, menu, and service. I got the feeling that place is not safe at night.

@Rosemary6 My favorite gumbo is at Floyd's, I've tried gumbo all over and his is the best hands down. He also seems to have the freshest seafood, shrimp and catfish are delish!!!

I haven't been there since they closed down the Blaze Pizza half.

Here's the Oyster Rockefeller from Joe's in Rosenberg. I accidently dug in before taking the pic. LOL My wife had the crab cakes & skrimp and I had the shrimp enchiladas. Everything was great!

I just read that. What happened?

We used to go to Ragin Cajun quite a lot, loved the Shrimp Po'Boys.The deck was great, and the kids would feed the ducks, allowing us to enjoy our meal. After they lost half of their space, and were only working out of the "bar side", we didn't go as much. The booths on that side were small, and with antsy kids, kind of tight. The bar side was a bit louder, more crowded in general, it just wasn't as pleasant a place to eat.They were a great option, sorry we lost them.

I never really saw any advertising for that location. I'll bet most people don't even know they were there.

We enjoyed our time there, although it's not a much fun when I was the only one eating crawfish. But the bar did not sell crawfish....
