Shake Shack advertised on FB launching a plant based Veggie Shack burger. It's made of mushrooms, sweet potatoes, carrots, farro, and quinoa; sounds pretty tasty.

Sounds good. I order their 'Shroom Burger that is a *Vegetarian* Crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheese. It looks like it is close to opening soon.
