Sugar Land City Hall Welcomes Residents for Budget Discussions

The City of Sugar Land is halfway through budget season! And there's still time to get involved with your local government and provide feedback on the City's priorities and goals. The budget proposes a slight increase in the tax rate to 35 cents per $100 from 34.65 per $100 to implement projects approved by voters in the 2019 G.O. Bond. The proposed increase amounts to about $9 per month for the average Sugar Land home.
