@sugarlandorbits : Why do you want to change the name to Sugar Land Orbits?

@Jnainani : First off Let me state that I enjoy the Skeeters and I am a season ticket holder. If Jim Crane wants to go with the space theme, then he should tie it into the Astros. The Astros have a famous mascot named Orbit, who was brought back to life when Jim Crane took ownership. Orbit made it to the big leagues and the other Orbits are trying to get to the big league. Family of Orbit mascots can roam the mezzanine and entertain the fan base. Each player can be turned into an orbit if their likeness and those would be cool to have as bobble head or t-shirts. The logo could be the SL with the Astros star being orbited by an Orbit head or baseball. Orbit is the best…why not Orbits?

@sugarlandorbits : We enjoy the Skeeters too. Thanks for sharing this. You're entitled to your own opinion. I don't want the name of the team changed but if it changes, I'll continue on with whatever the new team name is if they plan on changing it.
