I passed by there today, it looks like they are doing some type of renovation. They have a couple of tables set up outside.

I think they do have outside dining.

We like Thai Cottage. They have been remodeling for months. As of now they cook at their Catering site, which they say is nearby, and bring the food to Thai Cottage for you to pick up. For now it takes a little longer from the time you order the food. Hopefully they are finished with their remodeling soon.
