Toast in Sugar LandI stopped by the "Toast" restaurant in the new strip mall behind the HEB on highway 6 and 90.There are a lot of new breakfast places opening up in the area, and some wont make it. Toast was started by the owners of the Grove Do-Nutz & Deli in Richmond.....I really hope this one survives....its local.I had Vietnamese Steak and Eggs, and was blown away by the quality of the meat. Tender, marinated, full of flavor.....it would have been considered excellent at a steak house, and to find it here with eggs was a great surprised.
