Two Arrested After Deadly Highway 6 Crash

Street racing is illegal, reckless, and often deadly. The Sugar Land Police Department arrested two men accused of racing on Highway 6 Saturday night, leading to a crash that claimed the life of an uninvolved driver. The incident happened around 10pm when the drivers of a Ford Mustang and a BMW were reportedly racing. The Mustang collided with a Toyota Camry, killing the Camry’s driver.
Roman Pollock, 20 years old of Fresno, TX was the driver of the Mustang, and he remained at the scene. However, the driver of the BMW fled the crash site and was later found by investigators, identified as Kamran Kamran, 26 years old of Houston, TX. Roman Pollock is charged with Manslaughter and Kamran Kamran is charged with Manslaughter and Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
