EVERY college and university (almost every) is a "party" school!!! Kids are away from mom and dad for the first time. They are going to let loose no matter where they are. Of course it depends on the student. Some students don't drink at all. But most do.

Inside the food court at Jusgo Grocery Store in Sugar Land (3412 Hwy 6 S) will be a dim sum restaurant. The name of the dim sum restaurant is Joy Dim Sum.

Let's just hope that the traffic will not be as bad as Bellaire. My daughter in law is Asian and she calls Belaire (Death Valley)

There's a little place down the street from me that got stalled about 18 months ago. Sign on the outside, shelves in place, but no food for ever now.
